If you want to be at the top of the list, you may purchase top directory position for your listing to assure that you will be listed at the very top. Top Position Placement ensures that your listing is listed above all other appraisers' listings (Gold, Silver, Basic, Link and Free members). Top Position Placement appraisers are listed at the very top in search results, advanced search results, zipcode search results and all other listings. There is only one top position placement for each county. Additionally, they are also randomly listed in the "Featured appraisers" box. To verify counties availability for top position placement, you must first login to your account. Once logged in, click on "Manage top county placement". Top position placement is $100 per year per county. These placements can be extended to several years. Once you have purchased a top position placement for a county, you can click on "Extend" if you are interested in extending for another year or more. Top position placement appraisers are notified 10 days and 1 day prior to expiration of their top position placement allowing them to retain their top position.
